The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, which were a highlight of my stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was excellent, with convenient access to main services and restaurants. these factors contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Despite the positive aspects, there were a few downsides to my stay. the internet connection was slow and unreliable, which was quite frustrating.

Excellent value for money, and very conveniently located. Breakfast was good.
Some staff spoke good english and others spoke minimal english.Internet WIFI dropped out one afternoon, but when it was working, the connection speed was very good.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Al Khobar which is very accessible not to mention to the various food chains in the area and other business establishments should you need to shop.
Over-all speaking, I like the hotel very much although parking gives you headache. Slots to park in your car are way too less especially that during our stay, Dhahran road is under construction and guests' cars have the only option to park at the narrow streets at the back.

The location was great as it was in a busy area. the room had a good size, and it was clean and comfortable. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was a disaster, with very few options and poor quality food. the gym was small and outdated, and the pool was poorly maintained.
